Hi, we're Kyle and Jai Patel! We attended this school from the grand old days of September 2010 all the way through to July 2017. To say we loved it here is an understatement! Having just started college we honestly realise how much we miss it here! I was best mates with Jackson he really helped us a lot throughout school even though we didn't know English as we are immigrants from India and he made us feel very welcome. I enjoyed my time helping my classmates, especially the immigrant ones.. Rating: Excellent |

I would love to see any more photos during the time I were there if you have any. Never forget twin girls that used to chase me kiss chase it was an I used to run from them being shy.. I left BHPS in 1983 when Mr Egginton was head teacher. Definitely the best school days I ever had, carefree and fun. Many years later, as a secondary school teacher, my job was to organise primary transition day and the teacher who accompanied the pupils was none other than Mr Greenwood,my old teacher from 4th year (now officially known as year 6). I think somewhere there is a 'Maths Shield'with my name on it. So many happy memories. Rating: Excellent |

I was a pupil at this school in the early 1960's. My maiden name was Harris. Mr Flowes and Mr Podmore were just two of the teachers who i remember. I also looked at the photos of ex pupils and found on number 3 a photo with my daughter on it. We did shows and we also danced round the may pole. all 3 of my children attended this school. The new school looks lovely from the out side. Rating: Excellent |

This is why I have to credit my wonderful headteacher Mrs Phillips and all of the staff that taught me. Rating: Excellent |

Cant believe its almost been 3 years since I left blakesley in 2017! My primary schools years were full of memories I'll never forget from year 1 through to year 6. I enjoyed coming to school every day knowing that it's going to be full of fun and knowledge and the way the teachers teach us makes it all the more fun. I loved year 6, not only because we were the top of the school but because there was a lot more opportunities and responsibilities we had. In year 6, Mrs Phillips had chosen me to be head girl from September 2016 to july 2017 and it was the most eye opening experience of my life. It made me leave primary with a lot more confidence for when I got to secondary. I recommend Blakesley Hall Primary to anyone looking for a close nearby school that has wonderful and supportive teachers throughout! Thank you to all my teachers especially Mrs Phillips and Miss Paddam for giving me this opportunity. Rating: Excellent |

I went to Blakesley Hall Primary School 2 years ago and I can most certainly say it has been the best experience ever. I felt safe and appreciated in Blakesley; the children always have an opportunity to make strong relationships with teachers and students and learn to their full potential. I learnt really well there but I also found it extremely fun. The 7 years I've spent at Blakesley have really helped to mould me into the person I am today and I'm glad to say that I am working quite well in secondary school in all ways, including academic and I believe I owe it to this school for teaching me well. (Thanks to Miss R Walker who had class 6W in 2017 for being the best! I'm glad she's doing well for herself!). Rating: Excellent |

Hi, I left this school in 2017 in year 6 this school is absolutely amazing I would definitely recommend that you send your child or children to this mind blowing school. One of the amazing things I did in this school was having the opportunity to be a play leader and playing the role jack. I gotta admit I have had some ups and downs in this school but it got me where I am today so with all my heart and soul I hope all the staff in Blakesley are living a good life and I don't have any words to describe the way these people have made huge impact on my life Rating: Excellent |

Hi, i left this school just recently in July 2017. I loved at this school with all the teachers helping me out through the way. I honestly cannot believe I have left, seven years zoomed past. One of my favofite times is when i played captain redbeard in the school production. I wasn't quite the model student in some of my years at Blakesley, far from it, but with time i got better and look at me, going to my new school and I love it there (not quite as much as blakesley) and I hope other students will get the same opportunities that I did. I was sad to leave and still am but I am loving it at my new school. So with great grattitude, I hope you all read this and reply. Re Andrew Pilsworth... Yes Mr Benbow taught at blakesley for a long time from the time you were there. He retired i think about 3 years ago when i was in yr4. He was a kind teacher and is missed by all ex students. By the way I just wanted to thank every teacher that taught the class of 2017. I miss everything about blakesley. Rating: Excellent |

Hi guys!! I'm an ex-student that left in 2012 (I think) I hope you still remember me... I was the chatty little one. I was just writing up a CV, for a temp job as work experience. That made me realize the impact that this school had on my life. All of the staff there are absolutely incredible. I came over from Germany in year 3, and was known to Mr. Mason as his little 'German Chum' All of you made the impossible possible by making me the best student possible even with my lack of the ability to speak English for a while. I always wish to come back and see you all, to tell you how I'm doing. Hopefully you'll get back to me on this email so that we can make that possible. Rating: Excellent |

Still wondering if my Villa picture is still hanging? I was a pupil at the school when it first opened in the late 50's and remember happy times. I recall dancing round the maypole, knitting a bright blue pixie hat, having to do maths every day and playing kiss chase. I can still remember the teachers who taught me (Mr Podmore and Mr Lyons) and the joy of a new, bright and airy school building. The old school at Bearton Rd had been very dull. The only worrying time I recall was the Cuba crisis, though I had no idea at the time what it was about except hearing that the world would blow up. Luckily it didn't! I went on to Harrison Barrow for Girls, and now live in Devon. I am about to retire from social work and continue my life as an artist. Your web site is excellent. Hello, I went to Blakesley hall school from about 1961 to 1968. It was then of course the old building. I lived on Blakesley Road and we backed onto the school. Does anyone know if there is a facebook page starting for the school? I have many happy memories and I do keep in touch with Mr Broughton who taught at the school from 1966-1968. If you could give me any info I would be grateful. Kind regards. Rating: Very Good |

The old school has great memories for Me. I left the school in 1975 and had some great teachers, Mr Fowles who coached the football team and who was my form teacher in class 10. my last year was with Mr Kenney in Class 19. The portacabins/classrooms on the slope look like my orginal class room (19) It's great to see such a great new school with all the new facilities, but the old school pictures bring memories flooding back.
